Patrick & his team were fantastic to work with!! We originally put an offer in on a condo building that provided very little information as far as meeting minutes etc. Patrick pushed and ensured that we got the information necessary to make an informed decision. Had we just stopped at a positive inspection, and not dug deeper into the full history and plans for the building we would have gotten our self into an absolute mess! His expertise, guidance, and ability to describe things in terms which we understood allowed us to rely on him fully and make the decision that was right for us. Intimately he saved us from a problematic purchase, and helped us find our current condo just months later! We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking! WORK WITH PATRICK!!

We are late-comers to the home buying experience and were, to put it mildly, terrified of the process. Patrick and the entire team with whom he connected us - including our mortgage broker, closing attorneys, and even the contractors to help make our new space even more incredible - were a dream. Part of the reason we didn't buy earlier was because of bad experiences with the realtors with whom we met. Patrick is a game-changer in this business. Besides being an incredible realtor, he's a great communicator, connector, teacher, and one of the hardest workers we've met in any business. We truly could not have done any of this without him.
